Achar masala:

Method of preparation: Cut 1 kg vegetable mix (Carrot, cauliflower,ginger ,lemon,chilli).put cauliflower ,carrot in boiling water for 5 minutes and then drain completely. Dry the vegetables in sun then put in a clean container ,add 50 gms(half packet) of the
achar masala. Heat 700 gms of mustard oil let it cool completely then pour over the vegetable. Add one tablespoon of salt. Keep in sun for a week. Pickle is ready to consume now.Type your paragraph here.
