Wash and soak 100 grm of kidney Beans for four hours.Drain and again put water,ginger garlic paste and pressure cook thoroughly. In a separate pan fry finely chopped onions when golden brown add finely chopped tomatoes.take 2 tablespoon of dadi ki rasoi chole masala and make paste in water.add the paste to the fried onion tomatoes and fry for some time till oil separates,add this tadka to boiled chole and cook again for a good consistency add salt and garnish serve hot with Rice.You can also add alittle kasori meethi while frying for a better taste.
